COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
If you are using in your products any trademark, logo, slogan, or service mark that is not owned by you then you are solely responsible for that and not Iguana Marketing, Inc. The use of any word, image, name, design, trademark, or any other copyrighted material in your products is prohibited, unless you are authorized to use them. You have to provide a warranty that your products do not violate any rights like trademark, copyrights, and other publicity rights of any third party and you will not vilify or libel any third party.
You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via Iguana Marketing, Inc. Services. Trademarks, service marks and/or logos imply any words, names, and designs used to identify services or products. You cannot use or reproduce unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works. Iguana Marketing, Inc. policy also states that you cannot use explicit language or pornography on printed materials and merchandise.

Standing by the quality of our products and services, Iguana Marketing, Inc. offers 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service at 813-657-7800 during business hours and within 5 days of the delivery date. We will simply reprint part or all of your order. We will refund the full price of the product(s) minus shipping, postage and processing costs in some cases if it’s determined.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure proper cutting, accurate color reproduction, and excellent printing quality.
You are solely responsible for all the data and information that is provided by you about your product including images, logos, photographs, slogans or any other type of content that is provided by you through the Iguana Marketing, Inc. website. You are also liable to follow any local online rules or regulations and acceptable contents. Don’t upload, send or provide any content containing anything indecent, unlawful, or any content that violates the rights of Iguana Marketing, Inc. or any third party.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. cannot manage the material provided by the customer and does not assure the accuracy, reliability or quality of the material. Iguana Marketing, Inc. is not responsible in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Products and services, such as e-business cards, e-photo cards, and e-invitations are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising,
promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
You understand that you control the privacy of any Content you elect to post by granting access under your personal password. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant Iguana Marketing, Inc. the world-wide, royalty
free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display and create derivative works from the Content on the Service and on the printed product for the purposes of storing designs or processing print orders. This license exists only for the length of
time necessary for Iguana Marketing, Inc. to complete your order or until you delete the Content from the Service.
You acknowledge that Iguana Marketing, Inc. does not pre-screen Content, but that Iguana Marketing, Inc. and its designees shall have the right, but not the obligation, in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You agree that Iguana Marketing, Inc. may preserve Content and possible disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Iguana Marketing, Inc. users and the public.
ARTWORK PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER
Images, designs, and any other artwork must be provided in CMYK format having minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Iguana Marketing, Inc. is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, faint or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. guarantees prints will not be defective in accordance with CMYK industry standards for pleasing color. We offer no guarantee of "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Iguana Marketing, Inc. does not guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on a customer's monitor, as we cannot compensate for color variance on each customer's monitor. Iguana Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. We recommend all custom designs be designed in CMYK and uploaded in CMYK. You may also upload in RGB if you choose. However, the color will be converted and may not be as accurate.
Our prepress department checks most artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Iguana Marketing, Inc. As postal regulations are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for your layouts. Check with your local Post Office. Please note that we have created file preparation guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files, and we also offer file preparation support services.
You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any "one-of-kind" transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.
Under Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
COLOR MATCHING & SCREEN PROOFING
Screen proofs accepted by the client will predict the design layout, text correctness, and image fraction and placement but they do not provide the best idea for the color matching and ink density. So Iguana Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for color matching or ink density on screen proofs permitted by the client.
We at Iguana Marketing, Inc. will try our best to match the gradient density of each color in a duo-tone. Iguana Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for the final look of a duo-tone. Iguana Marketing, Inc. is also not responsible for any change in the appearance of colors due to lamination on that product.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you want higher resolution files, then you have to purchase them. For more information please contact email@example.com.
Customer is totally liable for final proof and layout approval before the printing process.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. is NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors in final product that has been approved by the customer caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling Errors, Punctuation Errors, Grammar Errors, Graphics Orientation or Placement, Incorrect Fonts Usage, Wrong Die Cuts or Slits, Incorrect or Missing Folds, or Finished Product Size.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any inability to print on the product after purchase. Iguana Marketing, Inc. products are often coated and can be difficult to print on. UV coated products cannot be printed on while matte covered products may require commercial printers. Please test using a sample and verify that your printer will work before placing an order. Samples can be ordered online for free. Problems printing on products using after-market printers is not a valid reason for reprint or refund.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. will only cancel your order prior to printing or shipping. But once your order is in printing production then we will be unable to cancel the order.
You can cancel the order via email or phone. Our customer service representative will inform you about the cancellation charges, according to the stage of the order. Here are some major stages in a printing process.
1) Online place orders are verified with an e-mail confirmation.
2) Sent to design department and modified then approved.
3) Sent to printing press for printing.
4) Finished products are shipped back to Iguana Marketing, Inc., then shipped to the client.
All orders can be cancelled prior to stage 3.
For cancellation in stage 1 = you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the cost*
For cancellation in stage 2 = you will be charged 20% of the total order
For cancellation in stage 3 = you will be charged 50% of the total order
But once the order reaches stage 4, order cannot be cancelled.
*it includes total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and handling fee
Once the order has been place successfully, No Refunds are issued for logo design, banner designing and other design services ordered.
PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME AND DELIVERY
Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing. If you ordered a standard hardcopy proof, printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Need Artwork" and your printing turnaround time will be reset.
For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround time begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted.
If your job or proof is approved by 1:00 PM EST (4:00 PM PST), printing turnaround time begins that business day. For example, a job for 5 to 10 day printing turnaround that you approved by 1:00 PM EST of Tuesday will be shipped out to you between the end of business Monday and the end of the business day Thursday. Please note that Iguana Marketing, Inc. offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Iguana Marketing, Inc. be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All Iguana Marketing, Inc. customers agree not to hold Iguana Marketing, Inc. liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Iguana Marketing, Inc.'s direct control. Iguana Marketing, Inc. shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.
Iguana Marketing, Inc. will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fess will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be grounds for order cancellation.
INCOMPLETE PARTIAL ORDERS/SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We may have to ship the ordered quantity partially due to printing process error and in that case, balance of the order will be sent later. Some times your order may be shipped from multiple locations. In these cases your order may not all be delivered at the same time. Please allow a few days from the date you expect your order to arrive for your complete order to be delivered.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be files for shipments over $150.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Iguana Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is usually shipped with a few extra pieces free of charge. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underage or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if exact quantity is needed then we suggest that you order 10% over the quantity needed.
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If a user submits a request on the site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services or other services, the user agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by user with an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posed this site.
Once a print job has been approved by the customer and "sent to press" on the site, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After a print job has been sent to Iguana Marketing, Inc's prepress department, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job along with applicable taxes, shipping and processing fees, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been done by Iguana Marketing, Inc. on that print job.
Please note that no work will proceed on any print job in your order until full payment is received by Iguana Marketing, Inc.
All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method unless otherwise expressly stated. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods:
*Pay by credit card. This is simple and safe. Most of our customers pay this way. Our secure server scrambles your payment data so that only our computers can decode it.
*Pay by pre-pay, cash or check. Choose this option and finish your order. After you're done, we will instruct you on how to submit cash or mail your check to us.
*Pay on account. On account or purchase orders are available ONLY to government and educational institutions unless otherwise stated.
OUR SALES TAX POLICY
Iguana Marketing, Inc. is required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to Florida.
If tax was charged on your order and your would like to claim tax-exempt status, you can request an adjustment for the amount of sales tax charged by sending in documentation of your tax-exempt status. Before or after placing your order through the site, please fax a copy of your tax-exempt certificate along with your order number to the attention of the credit department at 813-657-7800 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving your certificate, we will send you a confirmation email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If there is an error made that is the fault of Iguana Marketing, Inc., then we will reprint the order.
If a print is found to be defective due tot he fault of Iguana Marketing, Inc., then you may contact Iguana Marketing, Inc to request a reprint or refund. Iguana Marketing, Inc. must be contacted via email at email@example.com or by phone at 813-657-7800 within 6 days of receiving your order.
If product is deemed defective due to the fault of Iguana Marketing, Inc., one of the following resolutions will be offered:
A. If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, Iguana Marketing, Inc. will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples may be requested prior to any action being taken; or
B. If a refund is requested, a customer retention representative will contact you to help issue your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customer must contact Iguana Marketing, Inc. representative within five business days of communication from Iguana Marketing, Inc's customer retention representative to verify the request. Iguana Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to request and review samples of the claimed defective product before issuing a RMA. If the product is found to be defective due to customer error, a RMA will not be issued and a refund will not be authorized. If the product is found to be defective due to an Iguana Marketing, Inc. error, the product must be returned. The product must be received by Iguana Marketing, Inc. within 15 days after RMA is issued. Refunds will be processed only after an RMA has been issued and the entire product has been returned to and reviewed by Iguana Marketing, Inc.
Although refunds will not be offered for customer errors, Iguana Marketing, Inc. may permit the customer to correct their error and reprint the original order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. In such event, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
All charges related to accelerate printing or urgent shipping are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
PRINTING ORDER ROUTING
We have many affiliate printers in California, Ohio, Texas, Florida and New Jersey. An order can be routed to a printer in any location depending of the specifications and complexity of the job without notice to the customer.
Wrong address given by the customer.
If the order is not delivered due to the wrong address, iguana Marketing, Inc. will charge additional shipping charges for resending.
We encourage you to share your comments and questions with us, but we may not be able to respond to all of them. Please not that we assume no responsibility for reviewing unsolicited ideas for our business (like product or advertising ideas), adn will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between those ideas and materials that may appear in future Iguana Marketing, Inc. programs. Also, please remember that you are responsible for whatever material you submit and that you, not Iguana Marketing, Inc., have full responsibility for any message that you send, including its reliability, originality and copyright. Please do not reveal trade secrets or other confidential information in your messages. Any, and all, rights to materials and ideas submitted to us become the exclusive property of Iguana Marketing, Inc.

To the extent that this site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Iguana Marketing, Inc. does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.
All materials we create in producing your printed product are property of Iguana Marketing, Inc. Although these materials will NOT be sold or given to any other party, we reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed product. Please note that your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any national advertising without your prior written consent.
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Iguana Marketing, Inc. products are offered for sale in the United State through this site, this site and the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Iguana Marketing, Inc's products and services available in the United States. This site is controlled and operated by Iguana Marketing, Inc. from it's offices in Brandon, Florida.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough.
You agree to indemnify and secure Iguana Marketing, Inc., and all of its stakeholders like its subsidiaries, partners, employees, agents, co-branders, print vendors and successors, form any claim or demand made by any third party due to the consent you submit, post to or transmit through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the terms of service, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
